Mr. Hendricks received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1965 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers Law School in 1968. That same year he was admitted to the bar of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Brunswick, Middlesex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Mr. Hendricks is also a member of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Association For Justice.   Since 1996 he has been counsel to the New Brunswick Board of Education. He served as attorney for the Borough of Middlesex from 2002-2004. From 1979 to 1982 Mr. Hendricks served as a member on the Middlesex County Attorney Ethics Committee. He is an Arbitrator for the Middlesex County Superior Court Arbitration Program.   Mr. Hendricks was designated as a Super Lawyer by New Jersey Monthly Magazine in 2012, 2013 and 2014. He has brought more than 100 Jury Trial cases to verdict, appearing numerous times before the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court, resulting in several published opinions.

Mr. Hendricks received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University in 1986. In 1987 he was admitted to the bar in New Jersey and in the US District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association and New Brunswick Bar Association (President 1994-1995). In addition, Mr. Hendricks is a member (recall) of the District VIII Attorney Ethics Committee where he served as Chair from 1998-1999. He is an Arbitrator for the Middlesex County Superior Court Arbitration Program and is a member of the Middlesex County Superior Court Bar Panel Program. In 2009 Mr. Hendricks was awarded the Municipal Court Practice Attorney of the Year by the Middlesex County Bar Association and in 2012 he was awarded the Hon. Herman L. Breitkopf Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association.

Received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1988 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1991. She was admitted to the New Jersey bar and the US District Court, District of New Jersey in 1991 and was admitted to the New York bar in 1995. She served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph Deegan, J.S.C., the Honorable C. J. Stroumtsos, J.S.C., and the Honorable Alan A. Rockoff, J.S.C. from 1991-1992, when she joined the firm of Hendricks and Hendricks, Esqs., as an associate. In 2003, she became a partner of the firm. Ms. Love has been a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association since 1991 and served as a Trustee from 2001-2007. She serves as a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s District VIII Ethics Committee and served as the Vice-Chair from 2011-2012 and the Chair from 2012-2013. Ms. Love also has been a member of the New Brunswick Bar Association since 1992, serving as President in 2005-2006. Ms. Love is also a Barrister for the Halpern-Furman Inn of Court and serves the Court as an Arbitrator for the Middlesex Arbitration Program as well as a member of the Assignment Judge’s Family Lawyers Committee. Ms. Love concentrates her practice to the areas of personal injury litigation, workers compensation, family law, and social security and disability appeals.
