Patricia M. Love

Ms. Love Received her B.A. from Rutgers University in 1988 and her J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 1991. She was admitted to the New Jersey bar and the US District Court, District of New Jersey in 1991 and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1995. She served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph Deegan, J.S.C., the Honorable C. J. Stroumtsos, J.S.C., and the Honorable Alan A. Rockoff, J.S.C. from 1991-1992. In 1992, she joined the firm of Hendricks & Hendricks, as an associate. In 2003, she became a partner of the firm. 

Patricia has been a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association since 1991 and served as a Trustee from 2001-2007. She served as a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s District VIII Ethics Committee from 2008-2021 and served as the Vice-Chair from 2011-2012 and the Chair from 2012-2013. Ms. Love also has been a member of the New Brunswick Bar Association since 1992, serving as President in 2005-2006. Ms. Love is also a Barrister for the Halpern-Furman Inn of Court and serves the Court as an Arbitrator for the Middlesex Arbitration Program as well as a member of the Assignment Judge’s Family Lawyers Committee. 

When not practicing law, Ms. Love serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Franklin Food Bank.

Ms. Love concentrates her practice to the areas of

all aspects of Family Law, 

Law Against Discrimination and other labor issues and 

Social Security Appeals.
